ARE TABLECLOTHS REQUIRED ON THE TABLES?
ALL TABLES NEED TO BE COVERED. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN CLOTHS.
HOW LONG IS OUR RENTAL PER EVENT?
FOR UP TO 6 HOURS.
MAY WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD AND/OR CATERER?
YES, YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. WE ALSO HAVE A LIST OF LOCAL CATERERS IF NEEDED.
DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN?
NO, BUT WE DO HAVE A REFRIGERATOR, AND A LARGE MICROWAVE. WE ALSO HAVE A LARGE COFFEE MAKER, MARGARITA MACHINE AND POPCORN MACHINE FOR A FEE.
THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR SMALL COFFEE MAKERS, MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR.

DO YOU HAVE A PROJECTOR, SCREEN OR SOUND SYSTEM?
YES, THERE IS A RENTAL FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED
IS THERE PARKING FOR ALL OUR GUESTS?
YES. FOR LARGER PARTIES, A PARKING PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED WITH NO EXTRA FEE, BUT THERE WILL NEED TO BE A PARKING ATTENDANT FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS FOR A FEE OF $25. THIS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE BWVC BUILDING MANAGER.
HOW WILL WE GET IN THE BUZZ AND LOCK UP?
THE BUILDING MANAGER WILL MEET WITH YOU TO GIVE YOU A KEY AND GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION FOR LOCK UP PROCEDURE AND ANY REMAINING CONCERNS.
